Powder Spraying Line for Zhejiang Tengqi Radiator
Zhejiang Tengqi Radiator Technology Co., Ltd., in order to meet the demand for producing 20,000 sets of intelligent transformer radiators annually, has decided to collaborate with Anjia to establish a paint spraying line and a powder spraying line by the end of 2024.
The paint spraying line is designed with a three-layer painting process—primer, intermediate coat, and top coat—and integrates these painting areas into a cohesive system via automated conveying line. Each painting zone consists of leveling booth, spray chamber, and drying booth. The spraying equipment features two symmetrically arranged units, each equipped with two adjustable spray guns. The spraying tank, along with pneumatic diaphragm pumps, paint delivery pipelines, and nozzles, forms a closed-loop paint circulation system. An organic exhaust gas concentration detection and alarm system is also included.
The powder spraying line processes primarily includes preheating, manual powder spraying, powder curing, and forced cooling. It utilizes a 1-ton WXTJ1000 wide-track push-type accumulating overhead conveyor, enabling automated and flexible production of workpieces during the powder spraying process.
The implementation of this project will, on one hand, significantly enhance Tengqi's manufacturing capabilities for radiator products, bolstering its competitiveness in the new energy power equipment market. On the other hand, it further expands Anjia's expertise and achievements in the coating of power equipment, particularly for large structural components, laying a more solid foundation for its development in the high-end industrial coating market.
