Shunlai Radiator Powder Spraying Line
Jiangsu Shunlai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., located in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, is an enterprise primarily engaged in the metal products industry. To expand production and meet the demands of green development, the company has decided to introduce a radiator powder coating line in 2025. The production line designed by Anjia targets large radiators, with maximum workpiece dimensions of 4200mm × 2200mm × 520mm and a single-piece weight of up to 1500kg, operating at a production cycle of 8-10 minutes per hanger. The process flow includes preheating, automatic powder spraying, powder curing, and cooling, ensuring a coating thickness of 100-120μm with uniformity controlled within 40μm.

Key equipment configurations encompass:
① An accumulating overhead conveyor system capable of continuous operation in high-temperature environments;
② Two fully automatic powder spraying booths equipped with large cyclone recovery and explosion-proof filtration system;
③ A natural gas direct-fired curing oven with temperature control accuracy within ±5℃;
④ A centralized control system (Siemens PLC + touchscreen) enabling automated monitoring and data management across the entire line.
The design places particular emphasis on safety and environmental protection. The powder spraying area is equipped with flame detection, HFC-227ea fire extinguishing system, and flame-free explosion venting device, ensuring full compliance with national standards for coating operation safety and exhaust emission. Additionally, Anjia will provide comprehensive operational training, technical documentation, and post-installation support services.
The implementation of this project will significantly enhance the quality of Shunlai's radiator products, bolstering its competitiveness in the new energy power equipment market. At the same time, it further expands Anjia's technical expertise and project portfolio in the field of power equipment coating, particularly in the powder coating of large structural components, laying a more solid foundation for its development in the high-end industrial coating market.
