1. Project Overview and Design Basis
Weihai Guangtai Airport Equipment Co., Ltd. is a developer of aviation ground service vehicles, specializing in the development of airport ground equipment and special-purpose vehicles. Its main products include pure electric aircraft tractors, aircraft ground air conditioning vehicles, aircraft tanker refueling trucks, pure electric airport shuttle buses, and boarding bridges. This project aims to establish a painting production line with an annual capacity of approximately 1,000 sets of emergency rescue equipment by 2025. The line will cover the entire process, including shot blasting, spraying (primer and topcoat), putty sanding, and final vehicle finishing, belonging to the category of surface coating for both anti-corrosion and decorative purposes.
2. Production Process and Equipment Composition
The production line is divided into several functional modules based on the process, primarily including:
Intelligent Conveyor System: Utilizes RGV dolly and ground transfer trolly to achieve automatic workpiece transportation, equipped with high-precision positioning and scheduling systems.
Paint Spraying and Drying System: Includes primer, topcoat, and polyurea spray booths along with corresponding drying ovens. All are equipped with air supply and exhaust systems, paint mist filtration, temperature control, and safety alarm devices.
Sanding and Puttying Rooms: Configured with dust filtration systems to ensure a clean working environment.
Waste Gas Treatment System: Employs an advanced process of "Zeolite Rotor Adsorption + RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) Combustion" to treat waste gas from painting and drying, ensuring emissions comply with Shandong Province's local environmental standards.
Electrical Control System: Based on Siemens PLCs to achieve automated control of the entire line, equipped with a central control room and visual display screens, supporting remote monitoring and data analysis.
