Electrophoresis and Powder Spraying Line Project
This project involves a comprehensive electrophoresis and powder coating production line established in 2024 for Jiangsu Taizhou Linhai Group's agricultural machinery products and motorcycles. It is designed to handle the surface treatment of components welded and produced at the Haifeng Factory for Linhai's existing product range, including harvesters, rice transplanters, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), and motorcycles.
After the blast cleaning process is completed in Plant #3, the raw components are transported via an accumulation chain to Plant #2. Here, they undergo pre-treatment, electrophoresis, and powder coating processes. Mechanical transfer elevators are employed for loading and unloading the parts, effectively reducing the labor intensity associated with manual handling.
