1. Project background and goals

Hangzhou Forklift Factory, as a well-known domestic forklift manufacturer, is facing continued growth in production capacity needs and high-quality component surface coating requirements. In order to meet these needs, Hangzhou Forklift Factory decided to introduce a new coating production line. After a rigorous bidding and evaluation process, Anjia Company was selected for its rich experience and expertise and was honored to undertake this project.

2. Project design and planning

During the production process, we encountered many unexpected challenges. For example, the installation location of some equipment needs to be adjusted to suit the on-site environment, and the debugging of some equipment requires more time and effort. 4. Project acceptance and results

After the production line installation was completed, we conducted a strict acceptance inspection together with the Hangzhou Forklift Factory. After rigorous testing and evaluation, the production line fully meets the design requirements and expected goals. The coating speed of parts has been significantly improved, and the coating quality of the surface of the parts has also reached a higher standard.

In addition, we also conducted complete training for operators and maintenance workers to ensure that they can skillfully operate and maintain the new coating production line.
