Hangcha Group Forklift Shot Blasting Equipment & Painting Production Line
As a leading domestic forklift manufacturer, Hangcha Group faces continuously growing production demands and high-quality surface coating requirements for components. To meet these needs, Hangcha Group decided to introduce new painting production line and shot blasting equipment. After a rigorous bidding, Anjia was selected for its technical capabilities to undertake this project.
At the beginning of the project, Anjia's technical team conducted a detailed inspection of Hangcha Group's factory and held multiple on-site discussions with client. After gaining an in-depth understanding of client’s requirements, Anjia formulated a detailed plan, designing a painting production line for frames and mast structures, as well as shot blasting equipment for frames, masts, and storage components. The design focused on factors such as the automation level of the production line, cleaning efficiency, and coating quality.
Upon completion of the production line installation, Anjia and Hangcha Group conducted a rigorous final inspection. After strict testing and evaluation, the production line fully met the design requirements and expected objectives. The cleaning effectiveness of components was significantly improved, and the coating quality on component surfaces also met the standards.
Through this project, Anjia Coating not only expanded its business channels but also demonstrated its capabilities in production line design and implementation.
