With the establishment of a new plant, XCMG required a pre-treatment line capable of meeting international environmental standards, ensuring reliable operation, and adapting to various structural components to support high-volume production while guaranteeing top-level quality.
Against this backdrop, XCMG partnered with Anjia Coating to build a new-generation pre-treatment line.
The core objective of this project was to establish a line capable of processing sanitation equipment components — such as road sweepers, garbage compactors, and hook-arm trucks — through rinsing, degreasing, silane treatment and so on.
Anjia Coating delivered a tailored solution based on XCMG’s production characteristics and site conditions.
High Adaptability: supports components up to 8000×2600×3000mm in size and 6000kg in weight, covering a wide range of large structural parts
Energy-Saving & Eco-Friendly: designed in strict accordance with national and industry standards, equipped with advanced heat exchange systems, low-NOx burners, and water recycling processes to ensure emissions compliance
Intelligent Control: fully integrated with PLC systems and MES connectivity, allowing real-time process monitoring, automatic dosing, water replenishment, and seamless data transmission
Reliability & Durability: built with stainless steel and insulated steel structures, with robust anti-corrosion measures to ensure long-term stable operation

Manual High-Pressure Cleaning: removes large contaminants from workpieces
Spraying Degreasing: conducted at 50–60℃ with an oil-water separation system to ensure complete surface degreasing
Multi-stage Rinsing & DI Rinsing: designed with counterflow water systems to minimize consumption while maintaining high cleanliness
Silane Treatment: performed at 20–30℃ to enhance coating adhesion and corrosion resistance
Manual Blow-off: high-pressure compressed air ensures workpieces are fully dry before entering the coating stage
Stainless steel spraying piping and filtration systems to reduce maintenance needs
Wastewater routed through oil separators and treatment stations, meeting GB16297-1996 emission standards
Low-NOx gas heating systems (≤30mg emissions), compliant with environmental standards
Automatic monitoring & dosing: real-time measurement and adjustment of PH, conductivity, and alkalinity
Safety interlocks: full coordination with conveyor systems to prevent operational risks
Remote connectivity: provides integration capabilities for digital factory upgrades
