Centrifugal force generated by the wheel's rotation propels the media outward through a control cage, directing it precisely onto the target surface. After the abrasive media strikes the surface, it ricochets off and falls to the bottom of the blasting chamber. Here, the media and dust particles are collected and sent through a reclamation system. This system separates reusable abrasive media from dust and debris, ensuring that only clean, uncontaminated media is recirculated into the blast wheel, maintaining the efficiency and consistency of the blasting process.
